Here is my second batch of photographs from the Ultimate Air Dogs competition in Richmond. Included in this set is a young dog named Mako. Mako is currently the best in the country, routinely jumping over 30′. Mako is the red spotted dog with “Mako” embroidered on his toy.
I also want to to a moment to highlight a dog named Casper. Casper was a first time competitor. He also happens to be deaf. Casper was having a blast swimming in the water during practice, but was afraid to jump once the competition started. To help ease his anxiety, Casper’s people jumped in with him! He may not have won any titles, but Casper won a lot of hearts that day.
