For today’s post, I have some photos I took of some herons with my new lens. I managed to capture a sequence of one heron catching a fish. It did eventually eat the fish, but I was unable to photograph that part as it went under a tree. The last few shots are of it flying away after it ate.
I still get as excited when I see herons now as I did the first time I saw one. Luckily for me, Richmond has a HUGE heron population. I hope you like these shot as much as I do!
